Initial Parent's Session 
1 x 90 minute adults only session must be booked prior to private coaching with a child beginning.

8-Part Comprehensive Coaching Block 
If group coaching does not appeal to you and you would prefer private coaching sessions with more individualized attention, then this the option for you.  Any coaching course can be undertaken privately and includes 8 x 45-60 minute private sessions.

4-Part Private Coaching Block 
These coaching blocks are generally a good fit if you  
  • are looking for specific strategies surrounding a single challenge or area (anxiety, anger management) 
  • have completed a Small Group Coaching Course or 8-Part Comprehensive Coaching Block and would like to develop your knowledge, apply what you have learned more specifically or would simply like ongoing support in applying what you've learned in your real life over time
  • simply need an outside support person to talk to and problem solve with
